Summary: The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Analyst role involves implementing and integrating various systems and processes within PeopleSoft, focusing on enhancing data accuracy and user experience. The position requires collaboration with business users and technical teams to manage projects, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration of systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and integration of ASR Analytics dashboards and tools.
- Transitioning from SARS Track to ConexED, managing data migration and providing training.
- Developing and configuring APIs or SFTP integrations for HubSpot CRM.
- Automating the tuition waiver process for apprenticeship students.
- Integrating MIS data from ConexED into PeopleSoft.
- Implementing and managing the Apply for Graduation and Change of Major processes.
- Developing a batch process to generate Instructor Term Workload data dumps.
- Implementing and integrating electronic forms within the Financial Aid module.
- Integrating electronic forms within the Accounts Receivable module.
- Engaging in discussions regarding PUM updates and furnishing test scripts for UAT testing.
- Conducting weekly coordination meetings with CLIENT teams.
- Leading interactive sessions with business users for requirements gathering.
- Ensuring timely resolution of help desk tickets and tracking their status.
- Investigating and identifying production issues and collaborating on solutions.
- Maintaining project documentation and providing daily progress updates.
- Coordinating bi-weekly meetings for the CS team to review project updates.
- Assigning role security to users based on job roles.
- Participating in UAT testing of projects.

Scope of Work:
The scope of work will include a variety of tasks and activities, such as but not limited to: (inclusive of, but not limited to, the items listed below):
- ASR Analytics: Implementation and integration of ASR Analytics dashboards and tools. Ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for financial aid analysis.
- Conex ED Replacing SARS PC Track: Transitioning from SARS Track to ConexED. Managing data migration, access requirements, and technical implementation. Providing training and project support.
- PeopleSoft HubSpot Integration: Developing and configuring APIs or SFTP integrations. Facilitating data flow into HubSpot CRM. Ensuring seamless integration with PeopleSoft systems.
- APPR Tuition Waiver: Automating the tuition waiver process for apprenticeship students. Setting up student groups and fee waivers within PeopleSoft. Monitoring and maintaining the automation system.
- ConexED MIS Data Integration to PeopleSoft: Integrating MIS data from ConexED into PeopleSoft. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Apply for Graduation & Change of Major: Implementing and managing the Apply for Graduation and Change of Major processes within PeopleSoft. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in application processing.
- New Batch Process to Generate Instructor Term Workload Data: Developing a batch process to generate Instructor Term Workload data dumps. Ensuring data accuracy and timely generation of reports.
- FA - Eforms: Implementing and integrating electronic forms within the Financial Aid module. Automating financial aid processes and improving user experience.
- AR - Forms: Integrating electronic forms within the Accounts Receivable module. Digitizing and automating AR processes to enhance user experience and optimize administrative workflows.
PUM Updates: Engaging in detailed discussions regarding critical components that require retrofitting with the business for forthcoming updates and furnishing test scripts for subsequent UAT testing post- retrofit.
Schedule & Prerequisites:
- Project Duration & Contingencies: The anticipated timeframe for completing all projects spans 5 months from the initiation date. It is duly recognized that unforeseen circumstances may arise, potentially impacting the adherence to this timeline. Successful project completion hinges on the timely provision of requisite resources, information, and access by CLIENT.
Duties and Responsibilities:
CS Team Collaboration and Coordination:
- Conduct Weekly Coordination Meetings for CLIENT Teams: Arrange weekly sessions with the CLIENT teams to enhance collaboration and address project issues and updates promptly.
- Facilitate Business Analysis and User Engagement: Lead interactive sessions with business users to gather detailed requirements and ensure that system functionalities align effectively with business goals and needs.
Ticket Management:
- Efficient Management of Help Desk Tickets: Ensuring the timely resolution of help desk tickets to provide prompt and effective solutions to user inquiries and issues.
- Tracking Status of Email Requests, Service Requests, and Help Desk Tickets: Monitoring and managing the status of employee relation (ER) cases, service request (SR) cases, and help desk tickets using a designated planner for efficient resolution and follow-up.
Production issue management:
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify issues, particularly those associated with Class search and
- Solution Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to swiftly implement accurate fixes for seamless system operation.
- Testing Procedures: Thoroughly test deployed solutions to prevent recurrence of issues.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor and perform regular maintenance to uphold system integrity and reliability.
CS Project Management:
- The Consultant will assume the following project management duties:
- Facilitate working sessions with business users to address any production issues, gather comprehensive requirements, and conduct additional analysis if needed.
- Act as a liaison between business users, the IT team, and the technical team.
- Maintain all project documentation and provide daily progress updates for each project.
- Coordinate Bi-Weekly meetings for the CS team to review project updates and address new user requests.
- Assign role security to users based on their job roles within the CS system.
- Participate in UAT testing of projects to ensure successful implementation and functionality.
