Job Description:
We are seeking a specialized Accessibility Consultant with hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, particularly Fluid UI, and strong expertise in WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. This role focuses on accessibility within higher education systems and is not a generic accessibility testing role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct accessibility audits and gap analysis for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Provide remediation recommendations tailored to PeopleSoft/Fluid UI
- Work with SIS/ERP teams to implement accessibility solutions
- Support compliance audits and regulatory deadlines
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience (mandatory)
- 5+ years in digital accessibility & WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
- Experience with accessibility tools: Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Siteimprove
- Screen readers experience: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver
- Solid HTML, CSS, ARIA, and semantic markup knowledge
- Experience with SIS/ERP platforms
Preferred Skills:
- Higher education experience (universities/colleges)
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Fluid UI accessibility challenges
- Knowledge of Oracle-delivered accessibility features & limitations
- IAAP certifications (CPACC, WAS)
