PeopleSoft Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft applications.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or Campus Solutions.
- Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional design documents.
- Knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Engine, SQR, Query Manager, and Integration Broker.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
