At Bodyset, our people are our superpower. We’re looking for an organised and proactive People & Recruitment Administrator to join our remote team.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll focus on recruitment administration (80%) and general HR administration (20%). This includes managing job postings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, conducting first stage interviews, onboarding new starters, maintaining HR records, supporting reporting, and conducting compliance checks. You’ll help improve recruitment efficiency and ensure our processes are smooth, compliant, and people-focused.

  • Previous full lifecycle recruitment administration experience
  • Skilled with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Highly organised, operationally minded, and proactive
  • Excellent communicator and team player, able to work across function
