Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all people-related matters
  • Lead and support on a wide range of employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, etc.)
  • Provide proactive and commercially focused HR guidance aligned to business needs
  • Support organisational change activities where required
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practice
  • Analyse trends in people data and provide insights and recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive engagement and performance

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role
  • Strong expertise in employee relations is essential
  • Able to work at pace and manage a varied caseload effectively
  • Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders remotely

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic People Business Partner to join this growing national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role supporting leaders and teams across the organisation, delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service with a strong focus on employee relations.

This is a remote position, with travel required as and when across the South-East of England. Candidate's based in North East London may be best situated.
