Summary: The role of Data & Implementation Analyst focuses on supporting the implementation and administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes. The position requires a strong background in pensions, data mapping, and analytical skills, with responsibilities including leading new scheme implementations and acting as a point of contact for implementation queries. This is a remote position initially set for 3 months with potential for renewal. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to Data and Onboarding Service Manager and Senior Implementation Manager.
- Lead new scheme implementations, data cleanse, and operational data analysis.
- Act as the initial point of contact for all implementation queries from the Third Party Administrator and the Operational team.
- Manage DB de-risking administration requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strong background working in the pensions industry for administrators or an insurance company.
- Data Mapping.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Understanding of Defined Benefit (DB) pensions and pension scheme administration requirements.
- Good analytical skills.
- Experience of DB Corporate Pensions and understanding of Life and Pensions Industry.
