  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive board pack by November outlining strategic direction, investment rationale, and a roadmap for future strategy implementation and investment planning.
  • Support the team expected to onboard to deliver improvements to their pension calculations using Azure and AI.
  • Work collaboratively with existing contractors supporting the board while managing any conflict of interest.
  • Deliver immediate core advisory work through the end of the year, with potential to stay on as a strategic partner if alignment and delivery are successful.
