Pega System Analyst - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation:
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into Pega Case Management concepts, including Stage/Step models, Data Models, and User Personas.
• Pega Solution Design:
• Define and document detailed system designs, including Decision Rules, Declarative Rules, Data Transforms, UI Portals/Views, and SLA rules.
• Map enterprise data requirements to Pega Data Types, Data Pages, and Integration Layer rulesets.
• Define role-based access control (RBAC), security groups, and privilege assignments within the Pega framework.
• Interface & Integration Mapping:
• Work with integration teams to map external system contracts (REST, SOAP, SQL) to Pega Integration Data Objects.
• Specify data structures, payload schemas, and transformation logic for seamless API integration.
• Agile Deliverable Management:
• Author clear, actionable User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Reviews to clarify requirements for developers and testers.
• Testing & Stakeholder Support:
• Assist QA teams in reviewing test cases and validating that implemented solution flows match business intent.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating issue logs and assisting business users.
