Pega QA Lead

Summary: The Pega QA Lead is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute testing strategies, design and maintain test cases, and perform various types of testing including manual and regression. The role involves analyzing test results, identifying defects, and ensuring software quality through effective communication with development teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and advise cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance (QA) analysts, and product managers, to execute the testing strategy.
• Design, develop, and maintain test cases, tools, and scripts to validate business rules and business functionality.
• Execute manual test scripts for requirement validation, integration, regression, and usability testing.
• Identify and create reusable test data required for ongoing testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Monitor and report test metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in software release activities, including test planning, execution, and post-release validation.
