Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Pega applications.
- Validate Pega case workflows, business rules, SLAs, integrations, and UI components.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium/Playwright with Java or C#.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, and Swagger.
- Execute automated test suites and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Log, track, and validate defects using ADO/Jira.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Pega Application Testing.
- Experience with Pega Customer Service Framework.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium/Playwright Automation.
- Experience with API Testing (Postman, REST Assured, REST/SOAP Services).
- SQL and database validation.
- Azure DevOps/Jira, Git, CI/CD tools.
- Good understanding of Agile methodology and STLC.
