Summary: The Pega Lead Business Analyst role involves providing expertise in Pega solutions to stakeholders, leading requirement gathering, and ensuring adherence to best practices in requirements management. The position requires extensive experience in Pega, particularly in the healthcare industry, and a strong understanding of business processes and BPMN specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Pega solutioning expertise to stakeholders.
- Lead the business team in gathering requirements and implementing them using Pega.
- Translate business processes and requirements into complete artifacts such as user stories.
- Ensure adherence to requirements management best practices, including traceability and version control.
- Document business rules and assist with work type structure based on business needs.
- Design rules and flows, and assist with user interface and process flow development.
- Communicate effectively with business and delivery teams to deliver UI requirements.
- Understand interface/integration technologies and define requirements.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Key Skills:
- Pega business analysis experience (10+ years LBA).
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience with Pega, Claims finance, and SCE.
- Healthcare industry knowledge.
- Large-scale design of business solutions in Pega.
- Understanding of end-to-end claims lifecycle from a business process standpoint.
- Knowledge of post-claim adjudication processes.
- Certified Pega Business Architect (preferred).

Duties & Responsibilities:
Possess sound knowledge of Pega platform software, functional design, and frameworks to be able to provide Pega solutioning expertise to stakeholders.
Experience in process modeling with in-depth knowledge on BPMN specifications
Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging Pega.
Understand business process and business requirements and translating them to complete requirements artifacts such as user stories.
Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to including management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control.
Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.
Design rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.
Effectively communicate with business and delivery teams to deliver user interface requirements using UI mock-ups or wireframes.
Understand interface /integration technologies and define the requirements.
Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Pega business analysis experience (10+ yrs LBA)
Experience working with Agile methodology
Prior hands-on work experience with Pega, Claims finance and SCE exp
