Summary: The Pega Engineer – SC Cleared role involves supporting the design, development, and delivery of Pega-based solutions on a remote basis for an initial 4-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable Pega solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
- Design, build, and support integrations with internal and external systems.
- Conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ hands-on experience working with Pega technology at a developer level.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, web services, and messaging-based solutions.
- PCSSA (Pega Certified System Architect) certification as a minimum.
- 4+ years’ experience working with Pega technologies (desirable).
- PCLSA Part 1 certification (desirable).
- Experience delivering projects within UK Government departments or agencies (desirable).
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments (desirable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of solution design, application architecture, and development best practices.
