Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of user and system test plans.
  • Gather and document business requirements and processes.
  • Support configuration of Pega applications to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with Pega developers to implement functionality.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Pega applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including flowcharts and diagrams.
  • Manage support model documentation and user lifecycle management documentation.

Experience with confluence and Jira. Can comfortably engage with a variety of stakeholders at different levels. Create customer/user journeys for critical business applications. Test Pega solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are fit for purpose. Assist in the preparation of user and system test plans. A sound understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation Ability to manage relationships with business partners and 3rd parties Experience of business analysis delivering quality artefacts on budget and on time A sound understanding of the Financial Services industry would be of benefit, including business, operating and technology models Have previous experience of process documentation and re-engineering Gather and document business requirements and processes. Support configuration of Pega applications to meet business needs. Work closely with Pega developers to implement functionality and ensure business are comfortable with outcomes.
