Role: PCRS / PCMI Application Consultant

Location: Remote (80% Travel is required across US)

Duration: 24+ Months

Role Summary:

• Seeking a techno-functional Application Consultant to support implementation and configuration of the PCRS platform (PCMI).
• The role requires strong client interaction, system configuration expertise, and the ability to align business processes with system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand client sales and administrative processes
• Advise on and define PCRS configuration approach
• Configure products, coverages, pricing, and business entities (dealers, lenders, services)
• Deliver client training and support user adoption
• Provide ongoing support for configuration and setup queries
• Gather and document requirements for change requests
• Perform smoke testing for new releases prior to deployment

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in software implementation / system configuration
• Strong business process analysis capability
• Client-facing consulting experience
• Ability to translate business needs into system setup
• Basic testing/QA experience (e.g., smoke testing)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with PCRS or similar platforms
• Background in insurance, financial services, or automotive dealer systems

Screening Focus:

• Hands-on configuration experience
• Client communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a consulting environment
