Summary: The role of PCRS / PCMI Application Consultant involves supporting the implementation and configuration of the PCRS platform with a focus on client interaction and aligning business processes with system capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand client sales and administrative processes

- Configure products, coverages, pricing, and business entities (dealers, lenders, services)
- Deliver client training and support user adoption
- Provide ongoing support for configuration and setup queries
- Gather and document requirements for change requests
- Perform smoke testing for new releases prior to deployment
