Summary: The role of Payroll Systems Trainer involves partnering with a reputable Pharmaceutical brand to implement a new Payroll and TLM system across European offices, specifically focusing on training needs for Switzerland and Germany. The trainer will deliver various training formats while ensuring stakeholder engagement and upskilling teams on new operational policies and processes. The position requires an experienced trainer adept at managing large-scale changes and empathetic towards the audience. This is a fully remote role with potential travel to Switzerland during the go-live phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape training needs and requirements for Payroll and TLM system implementations in Switzerland and Germany.
- Deliver training in various formats to end users and senior stakeholders.
- Upskill teams on new policies and processes impacting daily operations.
- Collaborate closely with end users and stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
- Manage large-scale change initiatives with empathy towards the audience.
Key Skills:
- Extensive Systems Training experience.
- Experience in Payroll systems and process training.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Ability to speak German, French, or Italian is a plus but not essential.
