Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing all starters, leavers, change forms using various payroll systems
  • Processing/calculating holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments and statutory deductions
  • On-going compliance such as P45s and starter checklists
  • Completion of end of year compliance including P60s
  • Updating staff records regularly in accordance with changes
  • Processing data regarding salaries, including bonus additions and yearly increases
  • Responding to payroll queries and managing payroll inboxes
  • Assisting in payroll and pension submissions and other payroll returns
  • Processing A1/Other travel documents within EMEA Regions
  • Management of Employee Benefits such as PMI and CCV’s
  • Management of Time and Attendance system
  • Reporting of Sickness and Holidays to HR/Management
  • Assistance in preparation of all EMEA Payroll Journals
  • Using ADP Celergo system and Excel to manage data

Fully Remote - Payroll Administrator Role - 15 months Fixed Term Contract

JSS are pleased to be exclusively partnering our client in recruiting a fully remote, 15 month fixed term contract, Payroll Administrator role. We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist who has ADP Celergo experience and ideally has some experience of payroll/payroll and benefits queries across a few countries. Please note: ADP system is essential, ideally ADP Celergo.

This fully remote Payroll Administrator EMEA role will cover maternity leave for 15 months and will be integral in assisting the EMEA Payroll Manager with processing the Payroll for around 300 staff, across the EMEA region, where our client operates.

This Payroll Administrator EMEA role will be responsible for:

  • Processing all starters, leavers, change forms using our various payroll systems
  • Processing/calculating holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments and statutory deductions
  • On-going compliance such as P45s and starter checklists etc.
