Payroll

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant and timely payroll across multiple international jurisdictions, working closely with HR, Finance and outsourced payroll providers.

Alongside BAU payroll, you'll support payroll migration, testing and continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end multi-country payroll processing
• Validate starters, leavers and payroll changes
• Prepare payroll inputs including bonus and variable pay
• Submit payrolls to outsourced providers
• Review payroll reports and complete reconciliations
• Resolve payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
• Maintain payroll records and audit documentation
• Support payroll migration, testing and process improvements

Experience required

• Global / multi-country payroll experience
• Outsourced payroll provider experience
• Workday or similar HRIS - Advanced Excel and reconciliations
• Strong stakeholder communication
