Summary: The Partner Engagement Excellence Expert will support the partner program across the EMEA and APJC regions, focusing on providing essential assistance to partners and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the 360 partner program in the EMEA and APJC regions.
- Address partner-related questions and escalations.
- Understand and convey the client's go-to-market strategy.
- Utilise a case management tool to manage support cases.
- Deliver accurate and timely responses to partner inquiries.
- Engage proactively with partners to ensure understanding and engagement in the partner ecosystem.
