Upscale Outreach helps business owners, founders, and revenue leaders build a consistent pipeline of sales meetings with target prospects using intelligent outreach on LinkedIn. We use our own technology and process to book our own sales meetings, we just need someone to take those meetings and close the deal.
Role Description
This is a fully remote, part-time role for a Sales Closer. The hours worked are 100% flexible, as is the location you work from.
Responsibilities include:
- attending pre-booked sales meetings to explain the product and negotiate the deal to closure
- responding to any campaign replies that are interested in meeting, then setting up that meeting, and attending it as per number 1
- executing a smooth handover of each new customer to operations
- reporting weekly on KPIs
Please note that your meetings will be booked from the multiple outreach campaigns we are running from multiple LinkedIn profiles. We will run additional campaigns from your LinkedIn profile too, which will build your network. You will have access to all of these campaigns and replies. You will also have access to multiple email inboxes for customer communications.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully closing B2B sales deals
- A strong LinkedIn profile with an existing network - to establish credibility with the new prospects you meet with
- Strong communication, negotiation and objection handling skills
- Strong story-telling skills, with the ability to foster trust
- Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to build rapport
- Maturity with time and calendar management, and emphasis on follow-through
- A self-driven mindset with commitment to results
- Proactive and consistent with reporting on progress and KPIs
- Fluent in professional English
- Experience in any of the following industries is a plus: investment management, financial consulting, private equity, management consulting, B2B SaaS
Time and Compensation
Time: ~ 10 hrs / week in taking meetings, responding to messages, setting up meetings, handing customers over and reporting KPIs
Commission Only: 15% commission on all sales
Payouts: Payouts monthly for monthly subscriptions sold, and payouts bi-annually for yearly subscriptions sold
Earning potential: High performers will reach $5k monthly payout
