Your duties will include: Assisting in planning and organising company events in the EMEA region Coordinating logistics such as venue booking, vendor communication, catering, and equipment setup Supporting event promotion through email campaigns and social media Managing event registration, guest lists, and on-site support Assisting in executing marketing campaigns and tracking their performance Maintaining marketing calendars Providing administrative support to the Marketing team and EMEA Sales team Writing and producing content for the EMEA market to support Sales Coordinating and executing webinars Your experience must include: Proven relevant experience in a marketing coordination role including hosting webinars, planning/running events etc Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong IT skills The ability to commit to 20 hours a month, during normal working hours (Monday – Friday), with flexibility to work more hours if necessary, and attend venues in person in London, to assess site suitability and attend events is essential This position will suit potentially someone on maternity/paternity leave or currently studying a marketing degree to work around their studies This position will be working remotely
