HR Manager/HR Consultant - Part-Time, Remote

Six-month fixed-term contract Two to three days per week Fully remote

Part-time HR opportunities like this don't come around very often.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded HR Manager or HR Consultant on an initial six-month fixed-term contract. Working remotely for two to three days per week, you'll take ownership of a varied HR remit supporting employees across both the UK and US.

This is a busy, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in a proactive and varied role. You'll be equally comfortable advising on employment matters, managing day-to-day HR operations and making sure that the systems, processes and employee experience all run smoothly.

You'll be an experienced HR professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, approachable style.

This role would suit an established HR Manager, People Manager, HR Business Partner, independent HR Consultant or maybe someone who has been more senior, who is looking for a rare part-time opportunity that offers autonomy, variety and genuine responsibility.

If you're looking for a hands-on HR role that offers flexibility without compromising on variety or responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
