Key Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping for 5 businesses and the Group company.

• Preparation, posting, and reconciliation of accruals and prepayments.
• Raising intercompany invoices and updating intercompany accounts.
• Preparation and posting of month-end journals.
• Processing dividends and completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
• Preparation of statutory financial statements for 5 businesses and the Group company.
• Preparation of Directors Personal Tax Returns.

Key Skills:

• AAT / ACCA / ACA Qualified with at least 5 years practical experience.
