Key Responsibilities:
- Full bookkeeping for 5 businesses and the Group company.
- Processing purchase invoices using Hubdoc.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations, including GoCardless.
- Preparation, posting, and reconciliation of accruals and prepayments.
- Raising intercompany invoices and updating intercompany accounts.
- Preparation and posting of month-end journals.
- Processing dividends and completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
- Preparation of statutory financial statements for 5 businesses and the Group company.
- Preparation of Directors Personal Tax Returns.
Key Skills:
- AAT / ACCA / ACA Qualified with at least 5 years practical experience.
- Experience managing group companies and handling acquisitions.
- Certified with experience using Hubdoc.
