Key Responsibilities:
- Define current ("as-is"), target ("to-be"), and future-state architectures.
- Provide roadmaps, architectural blueprints, principles, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure alignment with CMS's Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modularity vision and Medicaid Enterprise Certification Lifecycle (MECL).
- Ensure compliance with statewide enterprise architecture, security policies, and methodologies.
- Provide oversight across infrastructure, security, data, and application architecture.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, adaptable architectural solutions.
- Offer guidance on architecture principles, bi-modal operations, and application portfolio evolution.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership and stakeholders to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Deliver documentation and mentoring to internal teams to ensure continuity and understanding.
