Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online client meetings remotely using Google Meet, including fact-finds, review meetings, recommendation calls, and implementation discussions.
- Translate agreed strategy into compliant recommendations and suitability reports using existing templates and mapped solutions.
- Recommend solutions from an approved product and planning framework.
- Utilize existing systems and tools, maintaining high standards of file quality, follow-up, and case progression.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with provided leads, marketing, and admin support.
- Work towards becoming a senior figure in the advice function as the team grows.
Key Skills:
- UK-based with the ability to work remotely full time.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- 5-10 years' experience in a UK financial planning / IFA / wealth environment.

Paraplanner/Financial Advisor - Dual Role - Remote Working with International Clients
A specialist international financial planning business is looking for a UK based, Associate Paraplanner/Financial Advisor hybrid role - working remotely with international and expat clients. This is a work from home, client focused role for someone who is comfortable with virtual meetings, skilled in delivering consultative fact finds, assured presentation of financial/ investment advice and recommendation delivery, along with suitability reporting. This role is suited to a paraplanner or junior financial advisor/planner who wants qualified appointments, marketing, and admin support to be provided. The successful candidate will work directly with the founder to deliver advice within a defined framework, using existing templates, product mappings and planning tools. Full training will be provided on products, funds, solutions and the client meeting process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct online client meetings remotely from the UK using Google Meet, including fact-finds, review meetings, recommendation calls, and implementation discussions.
- Work closely with the founder to translate agreed strategy into compliant recommendations and suitability reports using existing templates and mapped solutions.
- Recommend solutions from an approved product and planning framework rather than designing a bespoke approach from scratch each time.
- Have assured consultative communication and presentation ability, using the firm's existing client journey process and meeting structure.
- Use existing systems and tools, including CashCalc, and maintain a high standard of file quality, follow-up, and case progression.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships within the firm, with all leads, marketing, and admin support already provided.
- Work towards becoming a senior figure in the advice function as the team grows.
Candidate requirements
- UK-based and able to work remotely full time.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent as a minimum.
- Typically 5-10 years' experience in a UK financial planning / IFA / wealth environment.
- Strong suitability report and technical planning skills.
- Comfortable in front of clients and confident on video meetings.
- Skilled in delivering consultative, assured presentation of financial and investment advice.
- Willing to learn, take direction, and follow a proven process.
- Commercially minded and motivated by performance-related bonus upside.
- Work GMT+7 time zone, so early starts, but early finishes.

Package
- Base salary approximately £40,000-£55,000 GBP (self employed)
- OTE bonus up to £15,000 based on AUM growth and performance.
