Summary: The Senior Analyst – Identity Access Management (Periodic Access Review) is responsible for executing and supporting periodic access review processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role involves mentoring junior analysts, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing subject matter expertise in specific areas. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. It is a fully remote position aimed at enhancing IT compliance and access management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Periodic Access Review (PAR) processes with a focus on completeness and accuracy
- Perform complex and high-volume access reviews across systems and applications
- Support the team lead in planning and executing PAR campaigns
- Train to lead or co-lead PAR campaigns under guidance
- Mentor and support junior analysts
- Maintain and update procedures and work instructions in collaboration with SMEs
- Develop subject matter expertise (SME) in specific PAR domains (1–2 areas)
- Ensure timely execution of access review controls in compliance with internal and external requirements
- Analyze risks and apply a risk-based approach to decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in IT Compliance, Audit, Identity Access Management, or Access Review processing
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level or above)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
