Pandora - Supply Chain Business Analyst
Summary: The role of Supply Chain Business Analyst involves joining a key partner for a large-scale ERP transformation project, specifically migrating from Microsoft Dynamics AX to SAP S/4HANA. This is a B2B contract position that is remote and expected to last for an initial period of 6 months. The candidate will be required to have extensive experience in data analytics within supply chain domains and familiarity with ERP systems. The position is set to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in ERP transformation or migration programs, focusing on data migration, process redesign, and system integration.
- Gather requirements, model processes (as-is/to-be), and design solutions within Data & Analytics environments.
- Utilize data visualization tools and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Manage stakeholder communications and collaborate with business, IT, and transformation teams.
- Engage in Agile methodologies and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Use Jira for requirements management and collaboration with delivery teams.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Data & Analytics with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics AX and SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience in ERP transformation projects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and process modeling.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in global operations, retail, or distribution environments.
- Understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficient in using Jira for project management.

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join one of our key partners for a new large-scale ERP transformation from Microsoft Dynamics AX to SAP S/4HANA.
The initial contract will be for 6 months.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote.

Specific skills/experience required:
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Data & Analytics with strong exposure to Supply Chain domains
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX and/or SAP ECC/ SAP S/4HANA), especially in supply chain modules
- Hands-on experience in ERP transformation or migration programs, including data migration, process redesign, or system integration
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modelling (as-is/to-be), and solution design within Data & Analytics environments
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with data concepts like data models, ETL processes, and data quality
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, IT, and transformation teams
- Experience in global operations, retail, or distribution environments
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar), with hands-on experience participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Strong hands-on experience using Jira for requirements management, backlog grooming, user story creation, sprint tracking, and collaboration with delivery teams
