Summary: The Pagero PMO Analyst role involves supporting a global consulting firm in a significant eInvoicing regulatory compliance project for a European client. The position requires an experienced PMO Analyst who can manage a complex, multi-country eInvoicing programme, ensuring that technical aspects and regulatory milestones are met. This role is remote-based in the UK with occasional travel to London and is expected to last for an initial six months. The candidate should have a strong background in PMO functions related to technology and regulatory programmes, particularly in eInvoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery across a complex, multi-country Pagero-led eInvoicing programme.
- Manage and track the delivery lifecycle including onboarding, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Maintain ownership of RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, actions, and reporting.
- Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Support ERP-related initiatives in SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics environments.
- Ensure strong documentation and governance practices are followed.
Key Skills:
- Proven PMO experience supporting large-scale technology or regulatory programmes.
- Exposure to eInvoicing programmes (Pagero, PEPPOL, or similar) highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle processes.
- Experience with RAID logs and stakeholder coordination.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems.
- Strong documentation and governance skills.

Robert Half is supporting a global consulting firm on a major eInvoicing regulatory compliance rollout for a European client. We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support delivery across a complex, multi-country Pagero-led eInvoicing programme . This is not a generic admin PMO role . We’re looking for someone who understands how eInvoicing, ERP integration, and regulatory milestones fit together and can keep a technically complex programme on track.
Key Details:
- Start: ASAP (1–2 week onboarding)
- Location: Remote UK-based, occasional travel to London
- Duration: Initial 6 months, likely to extend
- Rate: £400–£500/day gross via FCSA-accredited umbrella company
Required Experience:
- Proven PMO experience supporting large-scale technology or regulatory programmes
- Exposure to eInvoicing programmes (Pagero, PEPPOL, or similar) highly desirable
- Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle: onboarding, configuration, testing, cutover, hypercare
- Ownership of RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, actions, and reporting
