Are you a highly skilled and committed PACS Support Analyst ready to take on an exciting opportunity for growth and impact? Our client, a prominent healthcare provider, is seeking a PACS Support Analyst (remote, contract) who will be responsible for providing system support to radiology end-users, including radiology staff, radiologists, physicians and other stakeholders.

Your primary tasks will involve troubleshooting and resolving system issues related to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). The role will encompass both Level 1 and Level 2 support, as well as proper documentation of issues and resolutions.

Position Description:
Provide technical support to radiology users, including radiology staff, radiologists, physicians and other key stakeholders, ensuring seamless system functionality.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve PACS system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow and patient care.
Address and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support requests.
Document support activities and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate records of issues, solutions, and follow-up actions.
Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve more complex issues that require higher-level expertise.
Provide end-user training and guidance on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting common issues.
Collaborate with Radiology leadership and other departments to ensure system integration and optimization for clinical and operational needs.
Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements:
