Overnight Graphic Designer

Summary: The role of Interim Graphic Designer is a 6-month contract focused on creating high-quality designs for bid submissions, requiring work during overnight hours to meet tight deadlines. The position demands collaboration with the Head of Submissions and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. This fully remote role is essential for ensuring that design tasks are completed before the team resumes work in the morning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Submissions and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Create and design bid documents and other graphic materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, ensuring they are visually appealing and align with our brand standards.
• Work independently overnight to meet tight deadlines, ensuring all design work is completed and ready for review by the morning.
• Maintain open communication with the team to ensure all design needs are met, and any issues are promptly addressed.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality of our bid submissions and other graphic materials.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record in freelance or contract roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
