Job Description We’re seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our vacation package sales team in a high-energy, results-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for selling vacation packages ranging from $199 to $999 through both inbound and outbound sales campaigns. This role offers the perfect blend of cold calling excitement and warm lead conversion, where your communication skills and sales expertise will directly translate into helping customers discover their next perfect getaway. You’ll work with cutting-edge dialer technology and proven sales scripts while earning competitive hourly rates plus commission-based incentives that reward your success.

Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 4.15, the equivalent in your local currency Paid Hours per Week: 40 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm New Orleans, LA Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns using advanced dialer systems with thousands of qualified leads
• Handle inbound calls from interested prospects who have responded to marketing campaigns
• Complete full sales cycles from initial contact through credit card processing and deal closure
• Sell vacation packages ranging from $199 to $999 depending on campaign type and customer needs
• Follow proven, engaging sales scripts designed to convert prospects into satisfied customers
• Process secure payment transactions and collect customer information to finalize bookings
• Maintain consistent call volume targets of 30-50 calls per day for inbound campaigns, with higher volumes for outbound
• Utilize CRM systems and dialer platforms to efficiently manage lead progression and customer interactions

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone
• Strong background in cold calling and outbound sales campaign execution
• Comfortable handling payment processing and credit card transactions
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and professional computer equipment
• Excellent English communication skills for seamless interaction with US-based customers
• Results-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for commission-based compensation structures
• Experience with CRM systems and phone dialer platforms strongly preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
