As our Outbound Program Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind our outbound s ervice offering creating systems and SOPs (standard operating procedures) that let us kick off campaigns fast, scale efficiently, and deliver results that matter . You’ll ensure every new client launches smoothly and sees value without delays or operational friction.

Your Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize a scalable, repeatable outbound program that can be leveraged across RevenueHoop’s client base.
- Develop signal-based messaging frameworks and templates that enable personalized, high-conversion outreach at scale.
- Lead campaign strategy and execution , aligning the right outreach plays to the right customer segments using intent, engagement, and firmographic data.
- Build and continuously optimize Clay table templates to streamline prospecting, enrichment, and automation workflows.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on all things outbound — ensuring systems, tools, and processes enable fast launches and measurable results for clients.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling outbound programs.
- Expert-level proficiency with Clay, SmartLead/Instantly, and email sequencing solutions
- Strong copywriting skills for conversion-optimized outbound messaging
- Strategic mindset for designing scalable systems and repeatable processes
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and understanding of what it takes to build successful outbound programs
