OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Consultant

Summary: RED Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant for a long-term project with a leading client. The role requires deep technical expertise in OTM, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support global operations across different time zones. The position is fully remote within the EU, emphasizing collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders. Candidates should be prepared to troubleshoot technical issues and customize OTM functionalities to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer IT/business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Provide support during CET business hours, and be available for testing and go-live support in the APAC time zone when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OTM functionality and integrations.
• Participate in the development and tuning of planning parameters and workflows.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with OTM configuration, including Rate Management and Rate Table Structure.
• Expertise in planning functions such as multi-stop, multi-leg routing, consolidation pools, and network routing.
• Proven experience with workflow customization using agents, events, and actions.
• Solid understanding of OTM XML messaging and integration points.
• Proficiency in SQL, including query development and BI reporting model creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international team environment.
