Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders to understand current-state OTC processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze and document end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Facilitate process design workshops and drive process harmonization initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional process recommendations.
- Support process transformation activities aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical and configuration teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Provide guidance on OTC best practices and process governance.
- Support testing, user adoption, training, and change management activities from a business process perspective.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.

This role is focused on business process expertise within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) domain. The successful consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to assess, optimize, and harmonize end-to-end OTC processes, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA best practices and business objectives.
This is not a configuration role. We are specifically looking for a business process consultant rather than a hands-on SAP configurator.
