Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Consultant - Remote

Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) resources onshore and offshore .

Should be able to support accounting standards like ASC 606 and IFRS 15.

Position Summary

We are seeking Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) professionals to support implementation and ongoing delivery across onshore and offshore teams.

The team will configure and support revenue management, billing, and accounting processes, including solutions aligned with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue-recognition requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, enhance, and support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing.
• Gather business and accounting requirements and translate them into functional designs, solution configurations, and technical specifications.
• Support revenue recognition processes, including performance obligations, allocation, contract modifications, satisfaction events, and revenue schedules, as applicable to the solution.
• Help ensure that billing and revenue processes support applicable ASC 606 and IFRS 15 accounting policies.
• Design and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems, such as CRM, product catalogs, order management, general ledger, and data warehouses.
• Work with finance, accounting, operations, and technology teams to resolve functional and production issues.
• Support configuration, development, data conversion, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare and execute unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance test scenarios.
• Analyze defects, determine root causes, and coordinate resolution across functional and technical teams.
• Create and maintain functional designs, configuration documents, mapping specifications, test evidence, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate delivery between onshore stakeholders and offshore teams, including handoffs, status reporting, and issue escalation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB), preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
• Understanding of billing, receivables, revenue accounting, and financial close processes.
• Working knowledge of revenue-recognition concepts under ASC 606 and/or IFRS 15.
• Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Ability to collaborate across finance, accounting, business, and technology teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across onshore and offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Utilities applications or related Oracle financial and billing solutions.
• Experience integrating ORMB with general ledger, CRM, order management, or enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with accounting controls, audit evidence, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Experience with data migration, release management, and Agile delivery practices.
