Looking for a Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) drives the "people side of change " during deals. They oversee cultural integration, stakeholder alignment, and communication, minimizing productivity disruptions and maximizing employee retention.

Senior role experienced with planning & delivering program communications. Create change management plan. Risk classification. Impact assessment and mitigations planning. Stage gate meetings and town halls. Will coordinate with corporate communications team. Need training plan & review training materials (client has training materials).

Core Responsibilities include :
