Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated Organizational Change Management Expertise (HCM) to join our team for a project with our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Prosci ADKAR, Kotter s 8-Step Change Model, or other leading OCM frameworks , HCM platforms, preferably Dayforce, SAP (Payroll), and NeoGov , HRIS/HCM proven track record of delivering quality results.
