Key Responsibilities:
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across a DoD environment
- Develop and distribute internal communications, leadership read-ins, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across WB, OKC, and Ogden locations
- Gather, consolidate, and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders and leadership groups
- Assist in training and change enablement activities aligned with program requirements
- Support senior change leads in executing structured OCM strategies and deliverables
- Utilize approved GenAI tools to support communication and documentation tasks in accordance with program guidelines
Key Skills:
- 4 years of experience in OCM, training support, or communications roles
- Prior experience in DoD or similar federal/government environments preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to tailor messaging for leadership audiences
- Experience supporting distributed teams and multi-site stakeholder environments
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback from multiple sources, and execute independently
- Exposure to structured change management or training programs is a plus
