Summary: The role of Organisational Designer involves joining a project team to deliver a high-profile Government program, focusing on service design and organizational architecture. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an Alpha phase comprising of 5 integrated blocks of work.
- Focusing on service design and organizational architecture.
- Developing strategic organizational design for public sector transformation.
- Translating digital efficiencies into cost-saving or value-adding narratives.
- Creating service blueprints using Miro or LucidChart for complex process mapping.
- Applying knowledge of the DDaT Framework and government digital role definitions.
Key Skills:
- Experience in public sector transformation and "Executive Agency" style business cases.
- Proficiency in Miro or LucidChart for service blueprinting.
- Systems thinking and strategic facilitation skills.

We're supporting one of our favorite Consulting partners source an Organisational Designer to join a project team delivering a high profile Government program.
You'll join a team delivering an Alpha phase comprising of 5 integrated blocks of work.
You must have / be able to obtain BPSS Clearance.
Skills/experience required:
The focus is on service design and organizational architecture rather than technical engineering:
- Strategic Org Design: Experience in public sector transformation and "Executive Agency" style business cases.
- Economic/Business Case Development: Ability to translate digital efficiencies into cost-saving or value-adding narratives.
- Service Blueprinting: Proficiency in Miro or LucidChart for complex process mapping.
- Knowledge of DDaT Framework: Familiarity with government digital role definitions.
