Organisational Designer

Summary: The role of Organisational Designer involves joining a project team to deliver a high-profile Government program, focusing on service design and organizational architecture. The position requires BPSS Clearance and emphasizes strategic organizational design, economic/business case development, and service blueprinting. The role is fully remote and is set to begin on January 19th, lasting until the end of March.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering an Alpha phase comprising of 5 integrated blocks of work.
• Focusing on service design and organizational architecture.
• Developing strategic organizational design for public sector transformation.
• Translating digital efficiencies into cost-saving or value-adding narratives.
• Creating service blueprints using Miro or LucidChart for complex process mapping.
• Applying knowledge of the DDaT Framework and government digital role definitions.

Key Skills:

• Experience in public sector transformation and "Executive Agency" style business cases.
• Proficiency in Miro or LucidChart for service blueprinting.
• Systems thinking and strategic facilitation skills.
• Analytical narrative building and translating technical capability gaps.
• Operational pragmatism and knowledge transfer capabilities.
• Ability to obtain BPSS Clearance.
