Summary: The Oracle VBCS Developer role is a fully remote position focused on developing applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and integrating with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM systems. Candidates should possess extensive experience in VBCS and Oracle integrations, along with strong technical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop applications using Oracle VBCS.
  • Create integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Work with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM modules, including Core HR/HCM, OTL, Payroll, Absences, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.
  • Manage technical aspects of interfaces, error processing, and validation tables.
  • Communicate integration concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor s degree in information systems/technology, or a related field is desired.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are strongly preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years developing with VBCS.
  • 3+ years developing integrations using OIC.
  • 5+ years working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM
  • Functional knowledge of the source/target modules. This includes, but is not limited to, Core

HR/HCM, OTL, Payroll, Absences, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, PPM.

  • Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables.

SKILLS:

  • Strong technical and analytical skills required
  • Effective communication skills to explain integration concepts and solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the comfort and ability to present to both

functional and technical stakeholders.
