Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator (OUTA).
• Plan and perform functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing for Oracle Utilities applications.
• Support testing for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Service (CCS) including billing, customer management, and service order flows.
• Customize and enhance OUTA frameworks to support project-specific testing scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and QA leads to understand functional requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
• Manage test execution cycles, validate results, and track defects through JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in test planning, test data setup, and environment validation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain test execution reports.
• Ensure QA deliverables meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
