Oracle Training Specialist

Summary: The Oracle Training Specialist role involves providing expertise in workforce preparation for Oracle EBS, particularly with version R12.2 or higher, and requires an active security clearance. The position focuses on project management, federal and DoD business processes, and developing instructional materials for diverse audiences. The role is a long-term contract and is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides expertise in workforce preparation for Oracle EBS, with working knowledge and significant client experience with version R12.2 or higher, at different business organizations.
• Provides expertise in project management, Federal and DoD business processes, business process re-engineering, and post-production support.
• Provides expertise in Government departments such as federal shared service environment.
• Develops instructional material for learners and instructors to educate technical and non-technical personnel.

Key Skills:

• Seven (7) years' experience.
• Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.
• Expert experience in project management, federal and DOD business processes, business process re-engineering, and post-production support.
• Expert experience in Government departments such as federal shared service environment.
• DoD 8570.01-M Certification: DFARS Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification is required for this position.
• IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) Level: IAT Level II
• IA Baseline Certification: Attachment_3_DOD 8570 Approved Baseline Certifications
• CE/OS Certificate: Attachment_4_DLA Approved CS CE List_v30. Certification must be applicable to the Oracle based DAI Application Environment
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
