Oracle Technical Program Manager - Remote

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager / TechOps Program Manager to lead multiple Finance Technology initiatives involving Oracle Fusion Financials and ERP migrations.

The consultant will work closely with engineering, Finance, business stakeholders and systems integrators to manage multiple concurrent migrations, dependencies, resources, testing, cutover and delivery risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3+ concurrent Oracle/ERP migrations
• Own integrated project plans, timelines and critical paths
• Coordinate shared engineering, environment and testing resources
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers and dependencies
• Drive business stakeholder commitments around UAT and validation
• Manage Systems Integrator and specialist contractor deliverables
• Track SOW deliverables and acceptance criteria
• Manage cross-project dependencies and sequencing
• Coordinate migration cutover, reconciliation, parallel close and handoff
• Track risks, milestones and recovery plans
• Manage dependencies across: Tax engines, Billing platforms, Revenue systems, RPA, Other finance technology platforms

Must-Have Requirements

• 6+ years of Technical Program Management / Delivery Management
• Strong experience working with engineering teams
• Hands-on delivery experience with Oracle Fusion Financials
• Experience with ERP delivery in M&A integrations
• Experience managing multiple concurrent ERP projects/migrations
• Strong resource, dependency and critical-path management
• Experience managing Systems Integrators / external contractors
• Experience managing SOW deliverables and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion accounting/finance processes
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency ERP environments
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance, IT and Engineering

• European statutory / VAT experience
• Experience with Vertex or other tax engines
• Billing and revenue platforms
• RPA integrations
• Large-scale/global transaction environments
• Finance transformation programs
