Summary: The Oracle Technical Architect will leverage their expertise in SCM and financial reporting to design, implement, and optimize reporting solutions for projects. This role requires a strong background in Oracle technologies, particularly in reporting and data processing. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership to junior developers. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement reporting solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other tools
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) to support data-driven decision-making
- Write efficient and optimized PL/SQL code for data processing and manipulation, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Architect and implement reporting solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior report developers and team members.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, including FDI, Infolets, BIP, PL/SQL, and BICC
- Proven experience in designing and implementing data reporting solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
