Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect specializing in Manufacturing to design and implement Oracle-based enterprise solutions that enhance manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals. The architect will lead solution design, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the solution design and architecture for Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules (Discrete, Process, MRP, MES, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics).
  • Partner with business leaders, production managers, and IT teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
  • Define end-to-end architecture, including manufacturing execution, planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and financial integration.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Oracle applications (ERP, SCM, Manufacturing) and third-party MES, PLM, and shop-floor systems.
  • Provide technical and functional leadership during Oracle implementation, upgrades, and transformation projects.
  • Develop solution roadmaps to support lean manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, quality management, and regulatory frameworks (ISO, FDA, etc.).
  • Prepare architecture blueprints, technical design documents, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, recommending Oracle capabilities to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Support pre-sales, solution demos, RFP responses, and stakeholder workshops for manufacturing-focused Oracle solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Oracle applications experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Solution Architect role.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing modules (Work in Process, Inventory, Costing, Quality, Planning, Procurement, OTM, Maintenance).
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle ERP/SCM implementations for manufacturing enterprises.
  • Expertise in supply chain planning, production scheduling, BOM, routings, and shop-floor control.
  • Familiarity with integration to MES, PLM, IoT, and automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, yield, throughput, lead time).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, and API-based integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
