Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale Oracle solutions in complex business environments. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, architecture leadership, and client-facing communication skills, with a focus on Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, and Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to create scalable solutions and mentor others throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end Oracle solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards
  • Lead architecture and technical strategy for Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) implementations
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions
  • Define integration architecture using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, SOA, Middleware
  • Provide guidance on data migration, security, performance, scalability, and best practices
  • Review and approve technical designs, solution documents, and implementation plans
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and technical presentations
  • Mentor development and functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Oracle technologies
  • Strong experience as an Oracle Solution Architect / Technical Architect / ERP Architect
  • Hands-on experience with one or more: Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, Manufacturing), Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, Middleware
  • Strong SQL / PL/SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Oracle REST APIs, Web Services, and Integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in Agile / Waterfall delivery models
