Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, deploy, and support Oracle Simphony POS across multiple locations
  • Manage menu engineering, pricing, promotions, and outlet configurations
  • Troubleshoot POS issues (hardware, software, network, and transaction flow)
  • Support integrations with:
    • Payment gateways
    • PMS / ERP systems
    • Kitchen display systems (KDS)
  • Perform system updates, patches, and environment maintenance
  • Ensure system uptime and resolve production incidents within SLA
  • Work closely with operations, IT, and vendor support teams
  • Support reporting, data validation, and transaction reconciliation

Key Skills:

  • 3 7+ years experience in POS systems (hospitality/restaurant/retail)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Simphony POS
