Summary: The Oracle Service Cloud (Functional) Consultant is responsible for leading the functional design and configuration of Oracle Service Cloud solutions. This role involves gathering customer requirements, configuring workflows, and supporting integrations with enterprise applications. The consultant will also conduct workshops, develop documentation, and facilitate training sessions to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Service Cloud functional design and configuration.
- Gather and analyze customer service and contact center requirements.
- Configure case management, workflows, business rules, and knowledge management.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution demonstrations.
- Develop functional specifications and business process documentation.
