Summary: The Oracle Service Cloud Consultant role is a fully remote position focused on supporting the Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) system for a leading client in Cheshire. The consultant will be responsible for incident management, applying system updates, and identifying bugs within the OSC system. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and prior experience with OSC. This position is classified as outside IR35 and offers an ad hoc working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Oracle Service Cloud system as an incident management tool.
- Apply system updates and identify bugs within the OSC system.
- Utilize technical capabilities to resolve issues effectively.

Oracle Service Cloud Consultant required for a leading client based in Cheshire. My client is currently seeking an Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) Consultant to start immediately. The Oracle Service Cloud Consultant will be responsible for supporting their OSC system as an incident management tool, to apply system updates, and identify bugs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities, as well as experience using/supporting OSC in previous engagements.
The role will be fully remote, and incorporates AD HOC working arrangements.
Key skills
- Strong experience surrounding Oracle Service Cloud and incident application
- Extensive experience using/supporting Oracle Service Cloud in previous engagements
- Strong Technical and hands on capability with Oracle Service Cloud
- Ability to understand a business and understand how the clients OSC is used to support the general running of the organisation
- Previous experience of utilising the Oracle Service Cloud as an incident management tool, to effectively identify bugs and resolve issues
- Ability to apply and run system updates
