Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs focused on Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Technical Oversight: Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory Management. Guide technical design, configuration, and integration strategies, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and align with best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners. Effectively communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to all levels of the organization.
Project Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and manage program budgets.
Process Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of supply chain processes by leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that optimize procurement cycles and inventory control.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, guiding cross-functional teams (including developers, analysts, and business users) to ensure successful program outcomes and user adoption.
