Oracle SCM & Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant to assess, design, and support Oracle supply chain and transportation management solutions.

The consultant will evaluate existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, provide solution recommendations, and support implementation and integration activities across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle Transportation Management.

Oracle SCM

• Assess existing Oracle SCM Cloud applications and business processes.
• Review and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Provide functional expertise in procurement, inventory management, order management, and supply chain execution.
• Support configuration and implementation of Oracle SCM modules.
• Review master data, business rules, and supply chain workflows.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support integration between Oracle SCM and other enterprise applications.

Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

• Assess existing transportation and logistics processes.
• Configure and support Oracle Transportation Management solutions.
• Work on transportation planning, shipment management, and execution.
• Configure transportation rates, service providers, and routing rules.
• Support freight planning, carrier selection, and shipment optimization.
• Work on freight payment, audit, and settlement processes.
• Support inbound and outbound transportation workflows.
• Integrate OTM with Oracle SCM, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and external logistics systems.
• Support transportation visibility, tracking, and reporting.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Experience with transportation planning and execution.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory, and order management.
• Experience with shipment planning, carrier management, and freight settlement.
• Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and EDI integrations.
• Experience with functional configuration, testing, and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and OTM integration.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of Global Trade Management (GTM) is an advantage.
• Experience in assessment, solution architecture, and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
